Choose personal training (for short term or long term) to work one on one with Mike (or a certified coach) for training designed specific to your needs and desires. Personal training specializes in individualized needs, wants, and goals such as; prehab and rehab, prenatal and postpartum fitness, sport-specific and functional fitness training.
There is no client too young, too old, or too hurt to get started. With the one-on-one attention, personal training helps clients attain–and surpass–their ideal fitness level.
