Allie began her fitness career in 2011, becoming a personal trainer in college. During that time, she was looking for a way to train like she had while participating in basketball, soccer, and field hockey. Allie found functional fitness/CrossFit and quickly realized it was the perfect replacement for team sports.
Allie has worked in many aspects of the industry, including military fitness, corporate wellness, university recreation, and commercial gyms. Allie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Exercise Science as well as many certifications including yoga, CrossFit, pre- & postnatal coaching, and corrective exercise techniques.
Allie enjoys teaching strength and yoga classes, and working with an array of clientele. It is her mission to provide effective, scientific, and accessible fitness for all walks of life. Whether you are an athlete, senior, expecting mother, recovering from an injury, new to fitness or anything in-between, functional fitness can help at every stage of life.
