Cara was a highschool and college athlete who lost that competitive outlet after graduation. Cara was encouraged by a friend to join a CrossFit gym in 2015, and quickly developed a healthy addiction to picking-up and putting down heavy things. She was hooked. Having been in the position of being intimidated by this style of training, she decided to pursue training others so that she could help share and spark enthusiasm in those brave enough to walk in the door and try something new. Her favorite part of coaching is watching athletes achieve something they thought they never could; whether that be squat comfortably to depth or achieve a muscle up – a goal is a goal and they all deserve celebration! #StrongerThanYouThink.
