Natalie ElSawy grew up playing on every soccer field in the Northern Virginia area. When she wasn’t playing soccer, she was running 5ks or playing field hockey. As the demands of her sports intensified, she was introduced to strength and conditioning performance training and the rest is history. While her soccer career came to an end after high school, she found CrossFit at UVA at a college run club “Cav Xfit” and soon after her first box.
Natalie’s love for the sport has been there from the get go. Within 6 months of joining CrossFit, she took her CF Level 1 certification and 1 year later was coaching group classes. On side, she picked up Strongman training and learned a different side of strength training that helped round out her experiences as an athlete and coach. She’s found a love for watching people light up when they finally hit that PR or learn a new skill. To take
it to the next level, Natalie became a CF Level 2 coach to hone in on coaching in the group setting. At the same time, she became a Performance nutrition coach and co-founded her nutrition coaching business, Allez Fuel. Natalie’s approach to fitness and nutrition is one in the same – how you do anything is how you do everything and she’ll work to make sure you have the tools to make those things happen.
