Shanlynn’s personal fitness has always revolved around group exercise. As a collegiate basketball player, she was surrounded by people constantly pushing her to be her best. After college, she found that big box gyms weren’t for her and joined a CrossFit gym in Indianapolis. She was instantly hooked as she found she thrived in a class environment where she could work out and cheer on her friends.
For the past 4 years, Shanlynn has used CrossFit as a welcomed challenge to see how far she can mentally and physically push her body. She became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in October 2018 and enjoys teaching others what she learned through the course as well as what she has learned from assisting the wonderful coaches who have helped shaped her personal fitness.
