All membership cancellations are subject to a 30 day notice requirement and you are responsible for any applicable charges inside the 30 day window. If any membership fees are due inside the 30 day window they will be assumed as your final payment and you will reserve the right to attend the gym until the end of that billing period. All charges after the 30 day window will be terminated.

If a paused membership is cancelled during a membership pause or upon expected resumption, a 30 day notice is still required and one months plan fees will apply before plan will be full terminated.
